It provides plenty of information on the rivers covered in the book...where to access the river, what parts hold the most fish, etc. My problem is that it references 1996 constantly. I haven't actually checked when it was published, but I'm guessing it was 1996. I'm sure|About the Author|Rhey Plumley manages the Classic Outfitters, a large fishing and tackle shop in northern Vermont. |Steve Hickoff is a freelance writer, lecturer, and columnist, with many articles to his credit.
